In a fully automated process BullDoc™ server will crawl your organization resources (shared directories, submitted emails, specific web sites), feed them to the information extraction engine that will save the extracted data into the database. BullDoc™ client (installed on your workers computers) will be able to retrieve information quickly and accurately in an interactive search process.
How does it work?
The end user submits search queries that use People, Locations, Organization, Companies and many more parameters, extracted by the system, on top of the traditional keywords search. The system displays the search results, their summarizations and aggregation of the information found in the documents (names and quantities of all the companies, people, locations and more, number of documents in each category, clusters, concepts etc). This extracted information can be used to refine the query, and narrow down the search result to get accurate results very fast.
The system comes with plug-ins for many applications (MSWord, outlook, numerous web browsers) that enable the user to view the documents/emails/web pages in the way he use to, only gives her the ability to browse and navigate within a document to the relevant information.
